Architecture + Design

The Design Phase is my favorite part of every project. Design services include schematic floor plans, space visualization, and material selection mood boards. We will work through many options until you are absolutely pleased with the project direction!

All design services can be provided a la carte, depending on your project needs. 

Once we have completed the Design Phase and have a project direction, the next step is creating a set of Construction Documents for the contractor to build the project. 
The construction documents include detailed Architectural Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Details), Schedules, and Specifications. I will work closely with your contractor and other tradesmen to ensure a coordinated and smooth project.

In the Construction Administration phase, I will serve as a liaison between you and the contractor to ensure the project is built to the highest standards. This is where the magic happens and the dreams turn into reality!
